Shipping and Delivery Policy

We want you to know exactly how delivery works on Fashion Arc — fast, affordable, transparent, and hassle-free — so you can shop confidently from many brands without worrying about separate shipments or extra costs. Two Types of Orders – How Delivery Works

  1. Single-Brand Orders When your order is from only one brand, we bypass the order directly to that brand using the delivery information you provided (name, address, phone number, etc.).
  • The brand handles pickup, packaging, and delivery themselves.
  • Delivery timeline, cost, and tracking are managed by the brand — check their product page or contact them for details.
  • Fashion Arc only facilitates the order — we do not control or track single-brand deliveries.
  1. Multi-Brand Orders When your order includes products from two or more brands, Fashion Arc takes full responsibility for delivery:
  • We collect items directly from each collaborating brand's warehouse (no burden on brands to ship).
  • All items are gathered and repackaged together into one secure, consolidated package.
  • The single package is shipped via trusted delivery partners (Pathao, RedX, Sundarban, SA Paribahan, etc. — best for your location).
  • This consolidation saves you money — one low delivery fee instead of multiple separate charges. Delivery Timelines
  • Same-city orders (within Dhaka or your city): 1-4 working days.
  • Inter-city orders (outside your city): 3-6 working days.
  • Peak seasons (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, etc.): May take 1–2 extra days — we communicate delays clearly via order updates. (Single-brand orders generally take slightly less time to process and deliver.However, our platform is not liable for any late delivery in the case of single-brand orders.) Delivery Costs Delivery charges on Fashion Arc are simple and transparent — always shown clearly at checkout before you confirm the order. Single-Brand Orders
  • The delivery charge is determined and collected by the brand itself (varies by brand, location, weight, and their own policy).
  • Typical ranges:
  • Inside city (same-city delivery): BDT 50–90
  • Outside city (inter-city delivery): BDT 80–150 (can be higher or lower depending on the brand)
  • We do not add any extra platform fee — the brand handles pickup, packaging, and delivery using the address and contact details you provided.
  • Check the exact charge and brand's delivery terms on the product page or at checkout. Multi-Brand Orders
  • One consolidated delivery charge covers the entire order (no separate fees per brand).
  • Base delivery charge:
  • Inside city (same-city delivery): BDT 70
  • Outside city (inter-city delivery): BDT 130
  • Extra platform charge for multi-brand handling:
  • BDT 40 for the first 3 items.
  • BDT 10 for each additional item beyond 3
  • This is significantly lower than paying separate delivery fees to each brand individually (e.g., (Outside City) 5 items = BDT 130 delivery + BDT 40 + 2 * BDT 10 = total BDT 190. (Outside City) 5 brands separately might cost 5 * BDT 120 = BDT 600, Which means BDT 600 - BDT 190 = BDT 410 savings).
  • No hidden fees — full cost is visible at checkout and only charged once. Delivery Split Currently, most of our collaborating brands have warehouses inside Dhaka, allowing us to offer fast, fully consolidated delivery for multi-brand orders. We are also proud to partner with some excellent brands located outside Dhaka to give you even more variety and unique styles. For Multi-Brand Orders that include outside-Dhaka brands When your cart mixes products from inside-Dhaka brands and outside-Dhaka brands, we simplify the order by splitting the delivery into separate shipments:
  • Inside-Dhaka brands' items are consolidated and delivered together as one package.
  • Outside-Dhaka brands' items are shipped separately (or grouped if multiple from the same area). Good news: Splitting your order does not increase your cost. You will pay only the standard consolidated delivery fee shown at checkout, as if all items were shipped from a single location. However, you may receive packages from our delivery partner on different days or at different times—for example, one delivery for Dhaka-based brands and another for outside-Dhaka brands. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by multiple deliveries. Please be assured that we are actively expanding our network and improving consolidation for outside-Dhaka brands to make your experience even smoother in the near future.

Important Notes

  • All charges are final at checkout and include VAT (if applicable).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available; advance payment may qualify for discounts in future phases.
  • Delivery partners (Pathao, RedX, Sundarban, SA Paribahan, etc.) are chosen for the fastest and most reliable service to your location. Tracking Your Order
  • After dispatch, you receive a tracking number and link.
  • Check status anytime in “My Orders”.
  • Estimated delivery shown at checkout and updated if delays occur. Delivery Delays or Issues
  • If delivery is delayed beyond our timeline, contact us — we prioritize resolution (reship or refund).
  • If a package arrives damaged/missing items, report within 24 hours via “Contact Us” with photos — we arrange quick replacement or refund (no cost to you).
  • In rare cases of lost packages, we refund the full amount or reship free. Bangladesh Compliance We are committed to fair delivery practices under the Digital Commerce Operational Guidelines 2021 (delivery within reasonable time, clear communication) and Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 (protection against non-delivery or defective service).
