Acceptable Use Policy

We are building a safe, trustworthy, and collaborative platform where authentic fashion brands and customers can thrive together. This policy clearly defines what is not allowed so that everyone feels secure and respected.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Fashion Arc platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud or Misrepresentation — Placing fake orders, submitting false or misleading reviews, misrepresenting products, engaging in deceptive practices, or participating in any form of scam.
• Harassment or Abuse — Using threatening, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or offensive language or behavior toward other users, Brands, or the Fashion Arc team.
• Spam & Unsolicited Communications — Sending spam, bulk messages, chain letters, unauthorized promotions, or any form of unsolicited commercial communication.
• Fake or Multiple Accounts — Creating fake profiles or multiple accounts to bypass platform restrictions, exploit promotions, misuse coupons, or gain unfair advantages.
• Intellectual Property Violations — Uploading, sharing, or using content that infringes upon trademarks, copyrights, logos, images, or other proprietary rights of any Brand or third party. Please refer to the Intellectual Property section of our Terms & Conditions for more details.
• Illegal or Harmful Activities — Engaging in any activity that violates Bangladeshi law or applicable regulations, including but not limited to cybercrime, online harassment, defamation, spreading false or misleading information, or introducing harmful digital content.
• Platform Abuse or Security Violations — Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform, user accounts, or Brand data, or interfering with platform operations through malware, viruses, or other disruptive technologies.
• Impersonation — Impersonating any individual, Brand, or organization, or falsely claiming affiliation with Fashion Arc or its partners. Consequences of Violation If you violate this policy, Fashion Arc reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include (without limitation):
• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account
• Cancellation of any pending or active orders
• Removal of content, listings, or reviews
• Restriction of platform access
• Reporting the matter to relevant authorities, including law enforcement, where required by law

Bangladesh Law Compliance

This Acceptable Use Policy is governed by and fully aligned with the laws of Bangladesh, including but not limited to:

• The Cyber Security Act 2023
• The Digital Commerce Operational Guidelines 2021
• All applicable consumer protection, e-commerce, intellectual property, and online conduct laws
