Payment Policy

We want every customer to enjoy a simple, trusted, and hassle-free payment experience during our trial phase . All charges are shown clearly at checkout with full transparency.

Accepted Payment Methods (Trial Phase)

We currently support two convenient and widely used options in Bangladesh:

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Pay in cash when your order is delivered.
  • Available for all orders (subject to location and order value).

  1. At checkout, you will see our official Fashion Arc payment number .
  2. Send the exact total amount (product price + delivery charge + platform fee (For multi-brand order)) to that number.
  3. Copy the Transaction ID / Reference Number and paste it in the “Order Notes” or verification field during checkout.
  4. Our team will verify the payment manually (usually within 1–2 hours).
  5. Once verified, your order will be confirmed and processed. Tip: Please double-check the amount and Transaction ID before submitting to avoid verification delays. Important Notes
  • No extra service charges are applied to customers.
  • You pay only the total amount shown at checkout, so please review the amount carefully before confirming your order.
  • Orders will not be processed until payment is verified (for mobile banking payments).
  • If a payment cannot be verified, our support team may contact you for clarification. Refunds & Payment Adjustments
  • Refunds for cancelled or returned orders will be issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the situation.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 2–10 working days after approval.
  • For partial deliveries or unavailable items, eligible refunds will be handled accordingly.
