Payment Policy
We want every customer to enjoy a simple, trusted, and hassle-free payment experience during our trial phase . All charges are shown clearly at checkout with full transparency.
Accepted Payment Methods (Trial Phase)
We currently support two convenient and widely used options in Bangladesh:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Pay in cash when your order is delivered.
- Available for all orders (subject to location and order value).

- Upay How Mobile Banking Payment Works
- At checkout, you will see our official Fashion Arc payment number .
- Send the exact total amount (product price + delivery charge + platform fee (For multi-brand order)) to that number.
- Copy the Transaction ID / Reference Number and paste it in the “Order Notes” or verification field during checkout.
- Our team will verify the payment manually (usually within 1–2 hours).
- Once verified, your order will be confirmed and processed. Tip: Please double-check the amount and Transaction ID before submitting to avoid verification delays. Important Notes
- No extra service charges are applied to customers.
- You pay only the total amount shown at checkout, so please review the amount carefully before confirming your order.
- Orders will not be processed until payment is verified (for mobile banking payments).
- If a payment cannot be verified, our support team may contact you for clarification. Refunds & Payment Adjustments
- Refunds for cancelled or returned orders will be issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the situation.
- Refunds are typically processed within 2–10 working days after approval.
- For partial deliveries or unavailable items, eligible refunds will be handled accordingly.
